London PR company require assistance from an interim in house legal counsel.

Looking for someone for 5 days per week at their offices – closest tube is Piccadilly Circus. Looking for candidates on a rolling monthly contract. Ideally the company seek someone with experience already within a fashion/luxury business environment. Work likely to include: negotiating and advising on draft contracts/agreements, including but not limited to; client contracts, agency agreements and talent agreements; establishing templates of standard agency agreements for use within international regions; advising and identifying business related legal issues or areas for which new strategies and/or policies need to be developed, to ensure compliant agreements which are favourable to the commercial interests of the company; advising the management team on legal issues in real-time and liaisng with external counsel as required.

Ongoing rolling contract – 5 days per week on site required.

Rate will be a day rate of £435 (equates to c£62 per hour assuming a 7 hour day).
