A new vacancy has arisen with a central London solicitors firm (nearest tube is Oxford Circus) – looking for a property litigation solicitor to assist them. Will be working with commercial clients mainly but some residential/private individuals potentially as well.

The work is property litigation including Landlord & Tenant and Adverse Possession. Other related litigation areas, e.g. construction, commercial, are useful but the main area is contentious property.

This is an urgent requirement so the start date is as soon as possible. At least 6 weeks envisaged – it may be longer as you will be covering the vacancy until filled.

You must be able to pick up matters at various stages of development and run caseload. PQE 5 y minimum. Will be joining a team of two very experienced Directors and two junior Solicitors.
