Two new locum roles in today.

Residential Conveyancing in Cheshire. Larger sized law firm looking for residential conveyancing cover for c.4 weeks (may be extended) starting in the New Year (4th Jan ideally). Full time, office based work. Extremely busy caseload. Remote working not possible on this one.
Small central London law firm looking for assistance. “We urgently need a property lawyer to assist with securing a mortgage on UK property. Loan is for £1million. There will be ongoing similar property work.The firm require someone able to use LEAP.” Work to commence asap.
