Commercial Litigation – In House Ad Hoc

A new vacancy has arisen via our Interim Lawyers platform – company looking for assistance from a remote working commercial litigation solicitor on an ad hoc basis dealing with cases pursuing former directors of the company as follows;

Company has a number of potential claims against the former directors of the company. The company is dormant but the director would like to get started on pursuing the claims due to forthcoming end of limitation period. All of the matters will be around breaches of fiduciary duties, deceit and fraud. Flexible work hours. Company simply want someone reliable to work on bringing these matters to court or settling them over the next six months. You will be working with an external QC who will be providing advice on all matters.

Conveyancing in Leicestershire

Conveyancing Locum sought by Leicestershire firm. Looking for assistance – may be able to accommodate a full remote working role or a mix of office and remote working. Mainline train station in vicinity. Residential conveyancing. Role will start on Monday 1st February and run until the firm recruit permanently. Full or part time considered.

Corporate Immigration – Remote Working

Business and Corporate Immigration Solicitor sought for a locum assignment, covering at a central London firm until they recruit permanently. Firm work remotely so no office work required. Full time or part time fine and flexible hours welcome. Will need to be available for at least 20 hours a week.

Family Locum – Remote Working

Family Locum Solicitor sought for privately funded family law work for 2 days per week for 3 months. Can be located anywhere as all remote working.

Private Crime Locum

A new vacancy has arisen with a small Manchester area firm with some fairly heavyweight clients including chairmen from football clubs and wealthy international clients. They are looking for a crime consultant to work on an ad hoc basis – dealing with any private crime work coming through. They are looking for someone with a good history of cases like this and more serious matters/high profile clients. Ad hoc arrangement without guaranteed hours and likely to be less than 10 hours a week. Remote working would be fine – may involve occasional visits to the firm’s offices. Easy access from South Manchester. Any interest please let me know. An indication of an hourly rate would be useful at this stage and you will need to provide an outline of your experience handling speeding cases and also anything more serious.
