Locum Roles in 5th May 2021 – Conveyancing in Swindon, Bury and Burnley, South Oxfordshire, Wills & Probate in Bognor Regis, Buckinghamshire, Family in London, Family LAA Locum Birmingham

New conveyancing locum roles in today as follows:

1. Swindon. Residential conveyancing cover sought from mid-June until the end of September. Full time cover needed – ideally office based, but the firm will accommodate someone working remotely some of the time. The firm use LawFusion CMS. Located in central Swindon, within walking distance of the station,
2. Bury. Residential conveyancing locum sought for cover from the 7th to the 18th June. Full time or part time possible (full time preferred we think). Office based also preferred. Central location, easy access.
3. Burnley. Residential conveyancing locum sought from now (or the middle of May) until the end of June. Firm need to cover a period of time between a conveyancer leaving and a new lawyer starting. 3 days a week would suffice and this work can be remote if possible for you to get to the office intermittently.

New Private Client locum roles in today as follows:

1. Bucks – 3-6 month assignment, 3 days a week. Wills, Probate, LPAs. no parking but plenty within easy walking. Office based. Start asap.
2. Bognor Regis – 3 month assignment. Mix of remote and office based work possible. Usual mix of private client work. Start asap.

New Family Locum roles:

1. Birmingham – LAA legal aid solicitor sought by family law firm.
2. A small to medium law firm based in London are looking for a remote working family law consultant to work on an as and when basis. Hourly rate. The firm have a very well established family law department and require additional support with the caseload. They are looking for someone who is comfortable handling the following: Child Care Arrangements/Children Act Law, divorce and financial disputes, cohabitation and unmarried family matters, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, Child care work as well if wanted. This role is fully remote. We have a housing solicitor working with the firm in exactly the same way and it would suit someone looking for part time work to go alongside other consultancies. Hours can be varied each week and this can fit around existing commitments. Ongoing work – so open ended. Start date – as soon as you are able – they are busy at the moment with an additional load of work so immediate start if possible. Rate will be £32-£35 per hour for this one.
