A small solicitors firm based in Wiltshire are looking for a property locum, ideally with a mix of commercial, residential and agricultural experience and comfortable working at least 2 days a week from the firms’ COVID secure office. Ideally the firm are after someone who can work 4-5 days a week – the rest can be remote but they do need a commitment to 2 office days.
Start date as ever is asap and the firm say that this is ongoing work and could last some time. They will also consider a permanent arrangement. Any interest please let me know. Hourly rate useful at this stage (no indication from the firm).

A small job has arisen with a solicitors firm in Kent who need someone experienced in drafting HNW wills to assist with a one-off will writing job for a house-bound disabled client in Hertfordshire. All work can be done remotely, but it is anticipated to be quite a complex job. The client does have financial advisers and tax planners available to assist on that side as well if needs be.

A new vacancy has arisen with a medium sized solicitors firm based in Caerphilly. Looking for a child care solicitor to cover for 2-3 weeks starting immediately. The firm would be happy with remote working, but apparently it would be difficult to start as the work is primarily paper based.
