Family, Litigation, Property Litigation (an ‘Uncle John Cobley and all’ vacancy!)

A new vacancy has arisen with a law firm based in London N1, looking for a solicitor for 3 months, starting asap and dealing with a mixed caseload of civil litigation and family law. The civil litigation work does include property litigation as well.

In House Corporate Commercial Solicitor, Remote and Leeds

A leading UK debt recovery firm is looking for a solicitor to work in the in-house legal department at their Leeds HQ. The company need a locum to cover until they recruit permanently.

You will be working closely with the existing General Legal Counsel who runs the department and work will include:

1) Drafting commercial agreements and contracts with clients and suppliers
2) Dealing with a broad range of corporate and commercial legal tasks. Aspects of litigation work may also arise from time to time.

The firm is happy to consider both full-time and part-time applicants. Remote working fine – the company may ask for some office attendance from time to time.

Start date asap.
