New Locum Assignments – Conveyancing and Family in London, Remote and Blackpool

Three new assignments have arisen with firms as follows:

1. Cover sought by London SW postcode firm for the period 18-21 May (4 days). Work is 80% residential conveyancing and 20% commercial property. It would ideally suit a qualified Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer, and someone with experience of shared ownership sales and purchases would be useful. Office based. Hourly rate entirely negotiable.
2. Small London SW firm with one partner in need of help in preparing reports on title and raising enquiries etc, due to family illness. They can email all the necessary documents. Work is mainly residential conveyancing and some commercial as and when needed so it is all very flexible. At present by way of example they have 1 report and 3 title investigations to do in the next 7 days. Hourly rate anticipated to be £25-30 per hour for this work.
3. Family Law Locum – public and private law, children, domestic violence. Starting in May 2021, 6 months assignment, possibly longer. Remote working possible once initial stint in office complete – firm not yet paperless. Part time caseload of 3 days a week. Blackpool area.
