Family Locum Solicitor

Family Locum Lawyer sought for medium sized Burnley firm. Small case load of private family matters,including Divorce, Children and finances. 3/4 hearings approaching. Would suit part time and working from home considered. Start date is ASAP. 1-6 months duration – vague because previous file handler due to leave and as a practice the fim need to consider whether or not there is a need to continue with family work going forwards.

Conveyancing Solicitor Locums

  1. Bournemouth Solicitors Firm – 50/50 Office/Remote. Residential conveyancer sought for 2 months starting as soon as you are able to.
  2. London Solicitors Firm – Fully Remote. Ideally full time but part time considered. Firm looking for someone specifically with the following experience:
    a. Drafting/reviewing leases/deeds of variation/surrenders and regrants/deeds of rectification, advising in relation to the same, arranging completion and submissions with the Land Registry.
    b. Drafting/reviewing contracts and transfers relating to freehold property, advising in relation to the same, arranging completion and any and submissions with the Land Registry.
    c. Drafting/reviewing licences to assign/licences for alterations/deeds of covenant/any other documents typically required under a residential lease, advising in relation to the same, arranging completion and any and submissions with the Land Registry.
  3. Derby Solicitors Firm – 100% Remote. Residential conveyancer sought for 3 months starting as soon as you are able. The firm can consider full or part time.
  4. N London – cover needed for the 4-15 October. Residential conveyancing.

Housing Solicitor Locum

Housing Solicitor locum sought by London charity with an LAA contract for housing. They require cover for 4 months on a 2 days a week basis. Start as soon as possible and remote working fine. There may be travel to either Sheffield or London occasionally if needed. Locum can choose which location although London preferable. Flexible days and hours.
