A new vacancy has arisen with a law firm in Borehamwood, WD6 – looking for a locum for 2 months starting as soon as possible. The work will be Landlord & Tenant Litigation. Mix of remote work and office work possible – looking for someone with the ability to pick up caseload and assist other fee earners. You must have experience of drafting possession claims and other associated work experience using PCOL, preferably dealing with defended cases.

A new locum vacancy has arisen with a firm based in Taunton, Somerset. Looking for residential conveyancing cover for 3 months starting as soon as possible. Mix of remote and office based likely, but will involve some office based work. No indication whether full or part time. Hourly rate will be required if interested – no indication given.
