Register as a LocumPersonal Injury/Commercial Litigation Remote Working
One or two new vacancies have arisen with a small-medium law firm based in County Durham, but happy to accept someone working remotely. They have had a new solicitor start a permanent role with them but hand in their notice after a few weeks to take a better paid post elsewhere. As of this Friday they need locum support.
Length of assignment – not certain – starting this week or next and running for up to 3 months, possibly less, possibly more.
The work (and this is why they need one or two lawyers) is as follows:
- Commercial Disputes – usual mix of work.
- Personal Injury – general mix from portal through to multi track.Claimant work.
They are looking for either one locum to do both areas, but being realistic it is going to need two separate lawyers to cover one area each I suspect (don’t tend to get many PI/commercial litigation locums these days). The work is a mix of 60% commercial disputes and c40% PI, so both would work well on a part time basis.
Residential Conveyancing in Coventry
Another firm in touch and looking for a residential conveyancer to work out fo their offices in Walsgrave, Coventry. The firm are located with easy access to the M69 amd M6. Plenty of parking around the offices. Residential conveyancing – they are looking to recruit permanently so the role will run until that time.
Full time preferred, but the firm will look at part time and flexible hours if needs be. Start as soon as possible.
