A new vacancy has arisen with a solicitors firm of medium size based in Birmingham. Looking for a Defendant Personal Injury Solicitor or Fee Earner to join them either on the 8th or 15th October for 2 weeks, possibly slightly longer.

Job spec:
The candidate must be skilled and competent in dealing with Defendant Personal Injury matters. The candidate must also have proficient court/trial experience and be capable of running a demanding caseload of litigated cases, primarily in the fast track. The candidate is expected to have a detailed knowledge of the CPR. This is an exceptional opportunity for candidates who are dedicated, ambitious and commercially aware. The firm has an excellent client base, including FTSE listed companies and an outstanding track record in the resolution of cases. This is a full time office based position (office hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30).
