A new vacancy has arisen with a solicitors’ firm in Greater Manchester. I suspect this has gone out to rather a lot of agencies this afternoon so if you get called by others about a role near Stockport then chances are its the same one!

Wills & Probate Locum Solicitor sought by Stockport solicitors firm looking for cover for 3 months starting asap. Office based work rather than remote. Full time ideally. The firm has some fairly meaty probate work to do. Office is based north of Stockport town centre – closest train station is Heaton Chapel.

Further info: We are looking for a very experienced locum Probate Solicitor to start immediately. The cases are complex and there is one that involves a claim by alleged missing beneficiaries which has gone to the insurance company whom we took out missing beneficiary insurance with on an intestacy and another involves a complaint to the Ombudsman in relation to the work on a probate matter. Some of the other cases involve high net worth estates.”
