Register as a LocumA new vacancy has arisen with a solicitors firm based in Kingston upon Thames KT1. Looking for a Probate locum – someone with lots of experience who can pick up a file and basically do what needs doing in terms of getting info together, submitting Accounts to the Revenue, obtaining Grants and completing Estate Administration. It is pure Probate, no Wills, PoAs or The current Probate solicitor assistant are both overwhelmed with work. The firm needs someone who can come in and take some files from them and continue where they have left off. The firm use the Citrix computer system but do not have any case management systems. You will need to be computer literate and the ability to do own typing would be an advantage, as although they might be able to provide some support it would not be full time. Firm are equidistant from Kingston and Hampton Wick stations.
Looking initially for someone for about four weeks starting asap.
