A new vacancy has arisen with a medium to large sized solicitors firm based in Peterborough and Cambridge. Looking for a property litigation lawyer to join them to cover maternity leave – starting asap and running for between c. 6 months.

The work the team does includes some or all of: business lease renewals, rent and service charge recovery, dilapidations claims, disputes over breaches of covenant including forfeiture/relief applications, service charge disputes, recovery of land or premises from unlawful occupiers/squatters, injunctions, lease surrender negotiations, disputes over consent to assignment/sub-let/change use/alterations, boundary disputes and disputes over easements (e.g. rights of way, rights to park; rights to light), breaches of covenant, trespass, nuisance and adverse possession.

You can choose to be located either in Peterborough or Cambridge. The firm would prefer Peterborough if at all possible.
