A law firm in Berkshire are looking for a property locum to help out at their offices in Slough for a period of 3 months starting from 1^st September 2022. You will be acting as an assistant to Senior Solicitors in the Real Estate Department to deal with Development Site Acquisition/Commercial Property work to include:

Carrying out title reviews and drafting title reports
Enquiries before contract
Simple contracts for property acquisitions
Basic planning agreements, such as S278 Agreements, and substation leases
Preparing for completion (drafting completion statements, SDLT forms)
Registration of acquisitions

Hybrid working is possible for this role.
