Law firm in central London seek a locum for an ongoing relationship – they need someone able to do light commercial work plus possibly some residential.

You will need to be able to format letters, print and correspond with parties. The firm have just started the launch of their conveyancing business, and they need someone who can fast produce work without compromising quality.

Hourly rate is highly likely to be £25 per hour. Ongoing arrangement with the likelihood of 1-2 days per week. The firm have plenty of work coming in from existing sources.
