A new vacancy has arisen with a firm based in Wigton, Cumbria. Looking for a locum to cover from Monday 24th September to Friday 2nd November. The work is a mix of residential conveyancing, agricultural conveyancing and commercial property. You will be covering for a partner who is away during this time in a small branch office with two other solicitors and a residential conveyancer.

Wigton is based north of the Lake District and has a train station serviced by Workington and Carlisle. The office is within walking distance.

The firm think the role would suit someone looking to take an extended break in the Lakes – they want someone for 3 or 4 days a week ideally.

Hourly rate negotiable.
