A new vacancy has arisen with a South Coast firm looking for a locum conveyancing executive or solicitor who would be willing to review files before exchange, prepare reports and raise enquiries working remotely. You will need a good internet connection and a decent laptop or PC. They are seeking an immediate start. Hours can be flexible to suit. Assignment likely to last about 5- 10 days.

Hourly rate on this one will be no higher than £30 per hour. Key here appears to be the immediate start bit.
