A new vacancy has arisen with a very small niche commercial law firm based in central London near to Farringdon train station and Chancery Lane tube station. Looking for property locum cover as follows:

Commercial property, sales, purchases, refinance, landlord & tenant and residential conveyances, with and without mortgages and usual leasehold aspects with certificates of title.

Start date: ASAP
Duration: 3-6 months

Description:
Supporting a partner and supervision of an excellent, motivated paralegal.
The firm is looking for a safe pair of hands with extensive experience and solid general knowledge of property law (at least 5 years PQE).
This firm has a long standing, loyal client base and they hold their own against city and magic circle firms.
Small but well respected firm. Many of clients are often mentioned in the press and are successful entrepreneurs so the work is interesting and varied.
The firm has the use of the usual tools such as PLC, secretaries, data room, support staff etc.

Hourly rate estimated at £35-45 per hour. Estimation only.
