A new vacancy has arisen with a property practice based in Ascot. Looking for a Conveyancing Locum to join them from Wednesday May 23rd to Friday 1st June and then also 6 weeks over the summer holidays (dates not yet specified). The firm have asked for someone with 3 years minimum experience running own case load using case management system.
They want someone able to run residential conveyancing sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold from start to finish including, drafting contract packs, raising enquiries, replies to enquiries, reporting, exchange, completion and post completion. You will have an assigned Legal Assistant to support you.
