Two new locum assignments in today from Chippenham, Wiltshire. Small to medium sized firm based next to Chippenham train station are looking for the following locum cover:

1. Residential Conveyancing Locum – Monday 30th July – Friday 3rd August. Solely residential.

2. Commercial and Residential Conveyancing Locum – Monday 13th August to Friday 24th August – This is to cover a mixed-bag of matters. A few residential matters, including small development plot sales plus commercial property matters (leases generally) and business sales and purchase. There will also most likely be one large share sale, which will need to be baby-sat.
