A medium sized litigation firm are looking for a claimant personal injury solicitor to deal with a caseload of EL and PL matters. This is a claimant firm. Maternity leave cover for 10 months minimum, starting as soon as you are able – from next week would be good but not essential. 9-5 hours with 30 mins for lunch. This firm offer a fixed term contract and a salary equivalent level of £45-55k. El, OL and PL work – detailed CPR knowledge essential. Typical values are multi track – £25k-£500k. Own advocacy and drafting of court proceedings required. Kingston upon Thames based firm, but also there is the option to work 2 out of 5 days each week in Manchester if wanted.

Conveyancing locum sought by Manchester firm based in Salford Quays and looking for assistance with a backlog of post completion work following a couple of recent fairly large developments.
