Three separate locum assignments in today on the conveyancing front as follows:

1. Reading. Medium sized firm need ongoing residential conveyancing assistance from a locum – starting asap and ongoing until they recruit permanently.

2. Andover, Hampshire. Small solicitors practice needing cover 27th May to 6th June and 8th August to the 22nd August. Residential conveyancing. The firm have also indicated that they may need additional help in the run up to the SD changes with buy to let investors. Dates not indicated.

3. Leatherhead, Surrey. Small to medium solicitors firm need cover from Tuesday 16th February to Tuesday 1st March – may be OK to miss the last two days as they eat into a week (firm have indicated this). Residential conveyancing.
