A small law firm in Warrington, Cheshire are looking for a senior residential conveyancing locum to help expand the firm and develop their conveyancing department. You will need to be an experienced senior locum with good knowledge of residential conveyancing systems and pricing. You will also be responsible for mentoring the department’s paralegal. Remote working is fine although any office attendance would be a bonus. This is an ad hoc role that could fit around other commitments although the firm are willing to consider a fixed number of hours per week if preferred.
