A law firm in West Sussex are looking for a residential conveyancing locum to help out at their offices in Chichester for 5 weeks from the 25^th July 2022. This is to provide cover for a conveyancer who is leaving the firm until her replacement starts at the end of August. Caseload of matters to cover a range of property services including Freehold and Leasehold Purchases and Sales, Re-mortgages, Transfer of Equity, Shared Ownership to include Staircasing, New Build Property (inc Help to Buy), Lease Extensions, Leasehold Enfranchisement, Equity Release. The firm use the Redbrick conveyancing case management system. This is an office-based role and remote/hybrid working is not an option.
