A multi-office law firm are looking for a residential conveyancing locum to help out starting as soon as you are able for a period of at least 1 month. The caseload is corporate conveyancing work within the lender services department. The role will involve assisting the department to provide an end-to-end conveyancing service for corporate clients and performing conveyancing duties relating to the remortgage of properties. The firm’s clients are banks and building societies and they deal with remortgages on behalf of their customers. Hybrid working is available for this role although you will need to be based at the firm’s Newcastle-upon-Tyne office at least 1 day per week.
