A small, friendly, family law firm are looking for a residential conveyancing locum to cover an unexpected vacancy at their Abergavenny offices for the next 2-3 months. If you are also capable of handling some commercial work, that would be very advantageous. Some remote working is possible but some office attendance will also be required. The firm would like you to start as soon as you are able and there is a large workload so you will need to be capable of hitting the ground running. You will be one of two conveyancers in the office, covering for a busy junior solicitor who will shortly be leaving. You will have your own secretary and good support staff. The work is largely domestic with some complex titles.
