Residential Conveyancing Locum sought by North London law firm. Well established practice specialising in all things property, they seek a locum to cover until they recruit permanently. The work is a mix of mainly residential but there can be a bit of commercial conveyancing if wanted. The partner gave a flavour of the current mix of work as follows: quite a few plot sales, ILA personal guarantees, a few pieces of commercial work and general residential conveyancing. We anticipate an hourly rate of around £30-35 per hour. Full time hours anticipated. Start date as soon as you are able – within the next week – and likely to run for up to 3 months. They are busy at the moment. Firm are well located within 200 metres of a train station and 750 metres of a tube station.
