Large, legal 500, Central London law firm are looking for a specialist trademark lawyer with at least 2 years experience on a temporary basis, starting ASAP. Length of assignment is likely to be 3 to 6 months. Ideally this is a full time role although they can be flexible with hours. Role will involve: providing guidance on trademarks, search and clearance advice, filings, renewals, dealing with disputes and day to day supervision of the paralegals and admin assistants.

This is a Silver Circle practice, so the usual caveats need to be added of a need for a good level of quality experience in a well regarded firm or in house legal department to date. We estimate the hourly rate on this role will be £50-75 per hour, but as ever we are happy to be proved wrong!
