Probate Solicitor sought by private client law firm based in London N1. The company specialises in will drafting and probate, and needs the services of a locum to cover for between 3 and 8 weeks. You can work remotely in this role, although you will need to be in the office for a few hours potentially each week. They are looking ideally for 4 hours per day for 4 days a week, although they can be flexible on this a bit. 3 years PQE min required – will involve supervising a team of probate specialists – non-qualified fee earners. Their work will involve gathering information to prepare probate applications and oversee application submissions. Offices are situated 100 metres from a train station.
