A new vacancy has arisen with a solicitors’ firm based in Cheltenham. Looking for a wills & probate locum to join them until they recruit permanently and their caseload quietens down. The firm have a private client department with fee earners and require an additional lawyer to join them. Located about a mile from the station (as is most of Cheltenham!).

The work is mainly good quality wills & probate work – not a lot of tax or trusts matters involved.

Length of assignment – likely to be a minimum of 3 months but more likely to be 6 months. Even if the firm do recruit they expect the caseload to require additional assistance.

The firm can consider someone part time, but would prefer full time. If full time they would like you to be office based for at least 4 days each week but could offer 1 day working remotely.

Start date: 1st March 2021.
